Welcome and Opening Remarks
The sessions will begin with opening remarks from WWF (George Meyer or Sue Foote-Martin). The purpose of their remarks is to welcome the audience and provide the background and context for the sessions, including information about the Teaming with Wildlife Coalition (TWW) and its goals.

Wildlife Action Plan Presentations
Following the opening by WWF, the regional ecologist (Tara Bergeson for SCR) will give a presentation about the Wildlife Action Plan. This will include the following information: 1) why the Plan was created, 2) purpose of the Plan, 3) what information is in the Plan, 4) regional example of Species of Greatest Conservation Need, habitat(s) and ecological priority(ies), 5) connection between the Plan and State Wildlife Grant projects.

State Wildlife Grant Project Presentation(s)
This will be a brief description of one to three on-the-ground projects funded through SWG. We would like a partner organization(s) to present this if possible (not WDNR staff). The purpose of this presentation is to share a real life example of how on-the-ground actions really do make a difference in conserving wildlife and their habitats.

Informal Discussions/View Displays
The purpose of this portion of the sessions is to build and strengthen the TWW coalition. This is an opportunity for current coalition members to recognize one another for their efforts and to recruit new coalition members by demonstrating the benefits of on-the-ground conservation actions in Wisconsin. WWF will invite partners who have SWG-funded projects in the region to bring in a display about their organization and project.
